Do I need a new account?
Yes. Niinja logins do not carry over to OpenFLIS. Create a free OpenFLIS account; it takes about a minute and there is no credit card required. The Free plan is free forever, with no time limit.
When does Niinja.co go offline?
December 31, 2026. Everything Niinja offered is already on OpenFLIS, along with part-number search, Enrichment and the API, so there is no reason to wait.
How do I get the 100 bonus credits?
Create your free OpenFLIS account with the email address you used on Niinja (Niinja.co) by December 31, 2026. The 100 bonus credits are added to your account once, on top of your plan’s monthly credits. Credits are for you to explore the Enrichment and the API features. The Search Tool never uses credits.
What are the terms of the bonus credit offer?
The offer is for previous Niinja users with Niinja (Niinja.co) accounts only, and it expires on December 31, 2026. What are credits, and how do they work?
Credits are one shared bank that Reports and the API features draw from. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and PDF and spreadsheet downloads are free on every plan. Plans are on the pricing page.
Where does the data come from?
OpenFLIS uses unrestricted FLIS data, the same source WebFLIS uses for its unclassified data. It does not include restricted, classified, service-unique, proprietary, NATO or CUI content, and it does not provide access to any government portal or government-owned product.
